SHIPPING POLICY
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the number of items in your order. To calculate your exact shipping charges, add items to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your mailing address. Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and number of packages in your order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, are excluded.
During major holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s, and Lunar New Year, we would like to inform you that there may be some delays in shipping due to high demand from our shipping partners. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to minimize any delays and get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
– Production: Processing Time:After placing your order, we send it to the manufacturer within 24 hours. The manufacturer then processes the order, which takes an additional 8-10 business days, and up to 15 business days for Hockey Jerseys.
– Shipping: The Standard Shipping: Most apparel items are:
- $7.99 for the one item shipped product to the rest of the world
- If over one item, you still only pay $7.99$ per each additional product to the rest of the world
– Estimated Delivery: Delivery time typically takes about 3 weeks, but there may be some delays due to the pandemic.
We use DHL Global Mail as our current shipping method. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Please make sure to provide your full address before completing your order, as we cannot take responsibility for address errors that cause the package to fail in transit. If the package is interrupted due to an insufficient address, it will be kept at the local warehouse, not returned to our country. In this case, the shipping agent in my country cannot change the address. We can only provide you with the local post phone number to contact and change the address to receive the parcel.
If you detect an incorrect address after ordering, please update it within 3 days of placing your order. Once the package has been sent, we cannot change the address. If the shipping address is incorrect, customers can call the local post office to provide the correct address for resending. If the issue is not resolved for an extended period, the package will be transferred to an overseas warehouse and destroyed. We cannot take responsibility if the customer provides the wrong address.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

You can track your order on our website and will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, shipping delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, but please note that shipments to APO addresses can take up to 45 additional days to arrive and tracking information may not be available
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
For international orders shipping from the US, all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package as we do not collect VAT. Depending on the receiving country, local customs or VAT charges may apply, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are subject to a 20% VAT rate.
